Problem with using TOP245Y

Respected sir/madom;
I have implemented the design using TOP245Y which is given in datasheet of TOP-GX family.(Page no.20 Application example first)
I am facing problem that my rectifiers and TOP IC geting diamaged at start up.
Please help.

The design example in the datasheet uses a TOP244. Did you just swap out the TOP244 and replace with TOP245? If yes then at startup your transformer may be saturating which causes the TOPSwitch to blow up.
With bigger TOPswitch you will need to reduce its current limit externally by increasing the value of resistor R2.
Alternatively of course use the TOP244.
