help for snubber circuit for a flyback smps

can you suggest me a very efficient snubber circuit for a flyback smps which has 272mA max drain current and 15-20 uH leakage inductance. i use a zener clamp circuit with P6KE200A zener and BYV26 diode and i am not satisfied.
