TOP247 explosion problems

Can you provide me with soldering requirements and termal profileing for the TOP 247 family. We are having a lot of blown up parts, and can't figure out why.

You can find the solder temperature profile at our website. Select the Product tab and select Product Archive. Select TOPSwitch GX. Scroll down to Product Documents and select Package Information PDF file. Pages 15 and 16 show the recommended profiles.

One more question about this part.
Need to know if the TOP247R-TL is ROHS complient or not.
Like to get an official statement or document.
