abuse LYTSwitch-0 for driving solenoid instead of LED

LYTSwitch-0 is designed for driving LED´s offline.
Is it possible to drive instead of LED´s a solenoid (ca. 300mH, 40V DC 40R). Constant current for 100ms ca. 150mA, then 15mA?
Wide AC input range required.
THX for a hint.
PS: solution is not for at home, design is for business.
Does someone has an idea?
