The mostet is coming in short, apparently not a thermal problem.
I have already checked the voltages of VGS and VDS and verified no problem.
I try to simulate the mosfet burning in the laboratory and I can not, but they keep returning pieces of clients.

What is your current design specs? Input line voltage? Output voltage and current? Also, please send your captured waveforms during full load start-up and full load at normal condition of VDS and VGS. It would be better if you could share also the datasheet of your SRFET and the schematic you are currently using.
