150W Fixed DC Output / Universal AC input supply..?

Looking for a reference design / design help for an application requiring:

Universal AC input : 90-240VAC 50/60Hz

150 W Fixed DC Output: 29VDC, up to 5A.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
