Regarding LinkSwitch-TN family, is there any type of qualification/reliability report available?
Is some of the following test been performed:
- Dynamic Operating Life Test
- High Temperature Reverse Bias Test
- Humidity Accelerated Life Test
- Temperature / Humidity Bias
- Temperature Cycling
