Flyback TOP 266EG 16V 3,5A, work but...

Posted by: joaofw on

Hi,

I build my power supply some days ago, i build PCB according application notes of P.I.

The power spply works, but the voltage drop a lot. I have been trying do anything but without success,

My load is LED Driver with high power LEDs(55W~ of led consumption).

Q:

I wonder if I'm using the correct diodes, should i use schottky diode on vout ?

i'm using now MUR 820(vout), and UF4004

I attached also scope pics, there are no significant noise,

Which way I could follow for fix this ? If have any thing for read and re-check please help me

****

I made a modification, i switch to 132KHz operation and not 66KHz.

i wonder VO drops according to load increase? or VO is always low? IT may be some unexpected results of feedback chain? check the primary current over load and line range? Is it heat Ilim or not? what is your output diode voltage?

400V rated output diode sounds over specs.
