Any chip / design for 480VAC to 3, 5 or 12V DC?

Posted by: James Wong on

Hi,

Can someone recommend an efficient high VAC, low power Power Integration chip and circuit deisgn?

I need 480 VAC input to go to 3, 5 or 12VDC 6 Watts power and as compact as possible.

Hi James Wong,

Thank you for your interest in using Power Integrations' part.

Regarding your question, you can use stackFET solution to so you can use any chip you want from Power Integrations.  See below link of different solutions with stackFET.

If you want a single chip solution, you can use Innoswitch EP with 900V rated FET.  Please refer to below link.
