No output from LCS-700

Hello,
I am evaluating LCS-700 for a design and have a low power circuit set up to run from 60-90V DC on the bench just to get a feel for the device.
Component values and transformer characteristics are as calculated in PIExpert. The device correctly comes off UVLO but apart from a brief pulse every 150ms on the HB pin, nothing is happening. 60-90V supply current is less than 1mA.
Scope trace attached showing the waveform on the HB pin.
Same transformer driven from MPS HR1001L controller works OK.

Thanks for having interest in our LCS devices.
Can you send your schematic and requirement specification?
Do you have a load at the output? At light load the normal behavior is burst mode.
Is your output regulating?
