250W offline isolated PSU

Posted by: alain63720 on

Hello all,

I need to design a off line isolated power supply for charging LiFePo4 elements. I need around 3.8V max at 40-60 amps.

I will charge around 16 elements in series, each having it's own PSU. that would be the best solution for maximum charging each element, Ithink.

The PSU need to be constant current /constant voltage.

I thing I could use a PLC810PG circuit.

My requirement to start would be 16 chargers, then  may be 800 to 1600 a year.

Anybody can help?

Thank you in advance

Alain

Hi,

You can use PLC810PG if you want to use discrete MOSFET solution. If you want to have integrated MOSFET solution then you can use HiperPFS and HiperLCS. The no. of external components also will be less with these devices. you can find these devies at following location

If you need any design help you can contact one of our FAE's in your geographical area. You can find our sales locations below
