RE der385 on page 9 you specify Q2 and Q3 as AON6232 power mosfets which are N channel mosfets and the schematic symbols indicate a P channel device.

Symbols shown for Q2 and Q3 on page 9 are NMOS symbols only (bulk not shown).

Please look at Figure e in the attachement.
