TOP261EN / TOP262EN - What is the difference ?

Hi,

What is the difference between TOP261EN and TOP262EN?

They seem to be equal in terms of output power, but sligtly different scaling factor.

Hi,

TOP261 and TOP262 have the same current limit set point. In
some applications TOP262 may run cooler than TOP261 due
to a lower RDS(ON) for the larger device.
