42V 600mA Led Driver Current Problem

Hi,
I designed a 42 V 600mA led driver with EDR3910 low profile core.
The problem is Output current not exceeding 100mA.
I changed FB resistor between 50K - 150K
Also I changed transformer's secondary turns 15-30T
best regards,
Ali AYKAN

Hi,
Please refer attached as a transformer design reference:
You can use this design reference, it is closest to your specification. You can simplify the schematic depending on the specification.

Hi,
The transformer winding is not matching to your schematic. Please make sure that the pins are corrent and operating in flyback mode.
Please send us your PIXLS transformer calculation.
By the way, what is the part number of LED load you are using right now?
Regards...
