Deference between PI EXPert 9 and Examples

What is Deference Between design circuit that is in Design Examples section of Website for Example Der 286 document Circuit and Design that Recommended with PI EXPERT 9 Software ? please tell me Deference between design of enclosed files? do this enclosed files led drivers equal together?

If I build the the General first cut circuit that suggested by PI Expert 9 for LNKPH ICs without any optimization, do this circuit work properly?
when surge an OVP accure in constant current SMPS?

1) If you build the circuit suggested in PI Expert 9 fir LNKPH IC, it will work properly,,
2) Generally speaking, the first optimization in LED driver would be the size constraint to fit into given LED lamp case and control the heat dissipation in the case to have low device temperature.
3) It is not surge on OVP circuit in the LED driver. They are input surge protection and output over voltage protection.
Output over voltage could happen if LED lamp is disconnected with the LED driver.
