LTEC Capacitor for DER-350

Hello,

I'm in the process of implementing DER-350 circuit for one of my applications. I'm having trouble finding a source for Ltec capacitor TAB2GM2R2E110, item #7 in the bill of material. Do you know of an alternate capacitor that will work just as well for this design?

You van use any 2.2uF 400V for this design. See below list

Now I need help with L3 and T1.

L3 does not come up on Tokin's website, and T1 is not available in the USA. Do you have alternates for these parts?
