Snubber Circuit Issue

Hi,
Please help us with the following issue. We make 12V 3.5/5& 10 Amp Power supply using LNK6665, LNK6667E and TOP 271EG Respectively.
We get the issue of Resistance buring in the Snubber circuit in all our SMPS Designs. Although our rejection rate is close to 1%, more than 90% of it is due to this reason.
For 12V 3.5 Amp SMPS we use the following resistances:
- 22E 1 Watt
- 47K 1 Watt
- FR-107 Diode
For 12V 5 Amp SMPS we use the following resistances:
- 56E 1 Watt
- 39K 1 Watt
- FR-107 Diode
For 12V 10 Amp SMPS we use the following resistances:
- 22K 2 Watt
- 100E 2 Watt
- FR-107 Diode
We suspect that FR-107 could be the issue and shall be changing this to FR-207 to check results.
We would be grateful if we can get a solution for this from anyone in this group. ISSUE IMAGES ATTACHED

Hi Sangeet,
Good day and thank you very much for using PI LNK6665, LNK6667E and TOP 271EG. We understand that you are currently having some issue/problem with the snubber and with this would it be possible to kindly send the schematic as well as the BOM? We would like to understand initially if the components are correctly selected for the PI parts. Thank you very much.
