Replace TOP249Y with.....?

Greetings,
I have a 20 year old Off-line PS designed around a TOP249Y.
This 85W Fly-back was designed Utilizing PI Expert.
We have been very happy with it however, redesign is upon us.
I would like to keep the topology and XFMR as is, but update the TOP249Y to something a little more efficient.
Can PI recommend a replacement for the TOP249Y?
The PCB is being updated, so footprint/HS change is OK.
