Can i increase the output voltage by increasing the turns?

My schematic here attached,transformer details also,
In this circuit ,
+12V getting 10.5V only can i increase that one to 15V
similarly the +5V and -5V to the 9V respectively

No arun,u cannot increase it to 15V , transformer design would get affected
