I need to test a PI power supply design with 85-265VAC, single phase, 50/60 Hz power input.

Can you point me to a power/freq converter that provides these voltages and frequencies? The power supply continuous power maximum is up to 100W w/110VAC/60 Hz input. I believe a 300W converter will cover this well.
