Hi,
I'm looking for a very small solution which will meet safety standard.
AC/DC power supply with 90-240V AC in and 3.3V 200mA out.
Please advise

you can find transformer vendors in the below link. If you are creating a design that is a low production volume, then I recomend you to pick up an off shelve transformer http://www.powerint.com/en/design-support/component-suppliers

You can modify the circuit for 3.3 volts by changing VR1 to 2.2 V Zener.
If you decide to do this way, you need to check the circuit for proper operation. Or you can try a new design with different core. For both cases you can get help from PI expert. You download this program from the below link

Once you ran the program, it will suggest you a power supply design that includes the PC layout. You need to read the datasheet of the controller you decide to use in order to make sure your power supply is properly designed. Hope this info will be useful to you
