TOP 271 circuit troubleshoot

Dear All

I had built a smps for my Application in "PI-Expert"

The specification is as

Input Voltage Range:160-270 VAC

Output voltage 1:+12v at 1.5 amp (Controlled)

Output voltage 2:+24v at 1.8 amp

The circuit worked for almost 2 weeks after that its output on/off coninuously at no load and full load no output.

I have checked all the components in the circuit, all seems to be good and no need to change the components

As i had verified it with the Working PCB.

Kindly help me for what reasons it failed and how to troubleshoot the Same.

Thank you for considering using Power Integration products and sorry for the late reply.

Can you share the PIexpert design or can you tell me what kind of change you did between the PI expert design and real design.

I saw you have more than 2 output. did you check which output have problem. when you mention full load and no load. do you mean all the output full load and no load together or just one of them?

if possible, can you also share the output waveform for all the output when on/off coninuously at no load condition.
