AC/DC with particular Vin extension

Hi, I have to realize a AC/DC device, 12Vout or 5Vout ,near 5/7 Watt output, with Vin: 20Vac or 20Vdc minimum and 240Vac/240Vdc as a maximum input Voltage
Vout must be isolated. Can You help me about a possible solution ?
Features: must be very little and as component are necessary (should be
better) that these components are available in FARNELL odr DIGIKEY or MOUSER and so on. Could You help me ? Thanks

sir can you tell me how to change default setting of PI ic selection, in software there is tny274 is deafult setting but i want to select tny280 by default can you help me with this
