PI EXPERT 10.0 TOPSwitchHX/JX Optimization Fail

The PI EXPERT 10.0 fails and shuts down during the optimization progress if TOPSwitchHX/JX and output current selected ≥ 4.01A.
If output current <= 4.0A and TOPSwitchHX/JX selected there is no problem. Also I couldn't see any problem with other parts.
How can I fix this issue?

Have you tried running the same design using PI Expert online?(https://piexpertonline.power.com)

Also, what is your input voltage and output voltage?
