Design Snubber circuit for 240W(48V,5A) SMPS using TOP HX261

I have the problem in snubber circuit design with TOP HX261EN for specified 48V 5A design.

You did not specify what the problem was... anyways looking at your schematic there are a few issues I see
1) The snubber resistor is underdesigned. When I run this design in PI Expert I estimate that the snubber losses will be around 4 W. Yet you are using 2 parallel resistors 100 k each.
2) You need 2 parallel resistor (2 W resistors) with values 15 k each.

Input voltage 230VAC output voltage DC 24V 10Amp.

The KA431 is not rated for your 48V output, it is only a 36V maximum part ...

Hi Nikhil,

For your requirement you may choose TOP271VG/EG but only if your industrial application is open frame. Otherwise you may take a look at LCS703HG/LG but this needs a DC input so you might consider using a PFC (check the Hyper PFS family) or a rectifier. Hope this helps.
