Can you be more specific on the problem you are having?
One problem I ran into is trying to use the auto-update service to install v7.0. This is not possible as auto-update only works within a major revision. Therefore you will need to download the full installer (click on download) from
http://www.powerint.com/en/design-support/pi-expert-design-software
If that doesn't work then please let me know.
