EE16 transformer in DI-124

Hello,
I want the DI-124 design to work using EE16 transformer, but it's not working with it. It works fine w/o load. At about 200 Ohm load it drops to 9 V and at 100 Ohm load, the output is 0V. It does not turn on with a laod. The same circuit works like champ with EEL16 transformer, both transformer samples from PI. Any suggestions to make it working?

Yes, the polarity of the secondary was reverse. Thanks.
Sounds like the EE16 transformer secondary wound like a forward rather than a flyback winding.
Can you check the polarity of the windings?
check that the end connected to the Drain is in the same phase as the end connected to the secondary side diode
