can we use lnk 2 for 48v output for universal line , LED application.100mA output current CC

A LNK616 would be a good choice for this application.

Z. Cochrane is correct that you could use the LNK616. I would recommend the LNK605 though as the LNK61X series of devices has an integrated output cable drop compensation feature which seems unnecessary for your application. Furthermore at 48 V and 100 mA the LNK605 should be able to deliver the output power under open frame conditions.
