LNK306 Sound for circuit

3 posts / 0 new
Hello, For my design comes a awfull sound at approx. 10 kHz. Can somebody give me some advice to solve this? Best regards, Martijn
In most cases, the noise is caused by the output inductor. Use a oscilloscope with a current probe and verify that the inductor is not saturating. Also verify that for a given load, that the switching frequency is stable. Use the recommended inductors. Z. Cochrane

It may be the output capacitor.
