Yes it is possible to design a power supply rated for as high as 333W using the TOP261Y or TOP261E provided the input is 230VAC. In other words you may not be able to achieve this for a universal input design (90 to 264 VAC).
Flyback is not the most optimum topology at such high power levels. The design is also complex due to the large currents involved which can result in fairly large clamp network and EMI compliance can also be a challenge.
At such high power levels it is also common to have a PFC front end.
