I've done a design with a INN3162C-H101. It works fine but during burst test only up to about 1100 Volt. Above that voltage the output voltage is getting off (I added a led to visualize this) for about 1 second before the INN3162 restarts. After a few seconds it's getting off again, ... At higher burst voltage (above 2000V) the INN3162 doesn't start untill i reduce the burst voltage. What could I do to improve the immunity?
I've already connected (V) pin 13 with power ground without any improvement. I'v also add a c parallel to the shunt between GND and IS (pin 1 and 2) without any improvement.
Any additional suggestions?
