Hello All,
We Faced a self reset of the SMPS after fabricating it.also, there is output over-voltage. We checked ever thing the feedback circuit and programmable limiters all were OK.
We can't investigate more. I attached the PI design used in the power supply also the PCB layout. We wish You support us in this problem.

I do not see the attachments - please resend.. However, I suspect a transformer phasing problem. If you have a positive output power supply, the anode of the output rectifier should go negative during the TOPSwitch "on" time. If this is not happening, then you need to swap the start and finish of either the primary or secondary windings..
