LNK306 problem

I build a schematic as shown below.
At no load i have a nice 5.2V with very low ripple, but while applying resistive load 100ma - 200ma voltage drops to 4.8v. What should i do to prevent the voltage drop?

The feedback circuit elements should match as closely as possible to the elecments in the power train path. So i would change the C19 feedback capacitor to an Al Electrolytic type. See if this makes your regulation any better.
