Can't run in my computer

I have downloaded and installed PI Expert V7.0 software in my computer, but when i double click the icons PI Expert 7 and PIXls Designer 7, they all can't be entered, nothing appears on the computer. The above operation has been repearted several times, the result is same. Pls tell me why.

I have already tried that operation with restarting my computer, but it doesn't work. Maybe i have to request for an CD...

I have the same problem.
If I want to open PI expert or PIXLS, the software don't want to open.
I try to uninstall all, reinstall software with patch 7.0.4, but same thing.
I cannot not use you software anymore.
Version 6 worked.
Do you have a solution ?

You do have local administrative rights on your machine correct? The only thing I can suggest at this time is to order a CD from the website and try with that.
Can you try to uninstall and then reinstall the software? If you still have problems you can request for a installation CD from the website
